All Flow

This class is taught by:

Daria Berseneva

Daria has been practicing yoga for ten years before completing her 200-hour training at The Bhakti Center in New York. She believes regular yoga practice brings powerful shifts in the body, mind, and life of a practitioner. In her classes Daria is guiding students through sequences with an emphasis on increasing the energy flow and heat in the body through breathing and physical alignment. Her classes create challenging yet nurturing environment that will help practitioners to experience a real change on and off the mat.

Devon Seelig

Devon Seelig was introduced to yoga at a young age by her mother who is also a yoga teacher. Though surrounded by yoga growing up, she did not form a personal connection to her practice until going to college. At first, she looked to yoga to increase strength and flexibility, but soon found a much deeper connection to the practice. Devon gained her yoga teacher certification from Satchidananda Ashram where she lived and trained for one month. Devon’s classes make students feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. She creates an environment that encourages students to go beyond the physical and connect to the peace that is within each and every person. In addition to physical postures, each of her classes includes pranayama (breathing practices) and ends with a guided relaxation. Throughout her class, mindfulness and connection to breath are emphasized to help students stay safe and present for the entirety of the class. Devon feels honored to share the teachings of yoga.

Oihana Camblong

Oihana received her 200-hour Teacher Certification at Jai Yoga Arts. She is a life long learner, openhearted, playful and dedicated spirit who has been maturing her practice since 2010.
She links traditional yoga teachings with the contemporary environment, connects the physical tangible aspects with the mental abstract parts. Oihana hopes to bring a breath of peacefulness to busy New Yorkers, help develop body and mind awareness, balance activity and passivity (push and surrender) in postures and in life, and naturally cultivate self care.
Originally from Basque Country in southwestern France, she lived three years in London before moving to New York in 2010. Design lover, music nerd and freedom seeker, she fell face first into the exciting but demanding life of the big city. She came across yoga while she was exploring different approaches to find balance in her transition and to calm her eczema. This philosophy became a tool to nurture her capacity to adapt and stay grounded whilst facing impermanence of things - a way to live in sync with her ideas and to build her freedom.

Each piece of our existence is connected. As we are individuals with a singular story, what constitutes our balance is also subjective.

Ella Luckett

Ella Luckett, E-RYT 500 has been teaching yoga for sixteen years and is certified in Ashtanga, JivaMukti, and Prana Vinyasa. In her first yoga class, Ella discovered a new sense of self, and a release of self judgement, tension and stress. In every class she teachers you'll experience a space where a return to your true self is encouraged.
Ella opened Jai Yoga Arts in March of 2011 with the intention of offering spiritual, playful and creative space for all.  Her classes include a heat building flow, a variety of postures from simple to challenging, meditation, and final relaxation. Come play, relax and renew!

Florencia Fridman

Florencia Fridman found yoga in her late teens while looking for tools to learn self-love. She received her teacher training at Laughing Lotus in the summer of 2013. Florencia’s mission is to facilitate an experience where people find the self-limitation beliefs and transcend them through the playfulness of the body and connection to the breath. Her classes are a balanced duality of challenge and ease, building nourishment and strength.

Kaela Gallo

Kaela has been practicing yoga on and off since high school, but intensified her practice when she moved to Brooklyn about a 3 years ago. She completed the Jai 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in the summer of 2016 and discovered just how much yoga can do for the mind, body and soul. She encourages her students to be open and to discover how yoga helps them. You never know what it might help you do!

Molly Drazin

Molly was introduced to a mindfulness and yoga practice as a way to battle anxiety and depression during her freshman year in college. She was immediately drawn to the power of the breath and its ability to connect the mind and body as one. Molly received her 200-hour training with the Soma Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, where she realized each student is also their own true teacher. She encourages students to practice self-care, mindfulness, and to find trust from within!

Katie Higginbotham

Katie first began practicing yoga in college, when her body was dealing with leftover injuries from her previous time as a competitive cheerleader and gymnast. She fell in love with yoga because it helped her regain awareness of her body, but also calmed her fluttering mind. In 2016, she completed the Jai Yoga Arts 200hr Teacher Training in Brooklyn and was enamored with every minute of it. With the yoga practice, she hopes to reawaken the confidence and playfulness in each student’s body. Each day is different, so she encourages her students to listen and grow within their own body. She brings warmth and comfort into her practice that she hopes filters into each student’s life. Katie will always make sure your body moves with your breath - that is the key to opening the mind and unlocking the heart. Smile and enjoy her class!
This is an active vinyasa class where both beginners and experienced students practice side by side. The teacher offers options to meet each persons needs. You will connect breath with movement to unlock the body's tension and relieve stress while building core strength and mindful focus. A healing and energizing experience for "All" levels.
